grill decals

I recently purchased a grill for my '69 C-10. I got the one without the letters on it. I then purchased the decals that can be put on the grill. My question is , has anyone else done this and applied the decals? If so,,what is the best way to get them centered and on it the right way? Thanks,,,,Bill

Re: grill decals

If you have the old grill, put a line of painters tape along the bottom of the letters. Mark the locations of the letters on the tape. Transfer marked tape to new grill and install new letters.
