I have a CJ but always wanted a TJ (LJ) so I drove this one back from Nebraska last spring. For all around fun factor they are pretty hard to beat. I drove this more than any of my other toys last summer. I gotta say though, I find the "Jeep thing" (typical newer Jeep owners) and the Jeep wave pretty annoying.

Keeping on topic, I've got less into this than a Roxor and it shouldn't lose value. Cool thing for me at least about the Roxor is it's made in Michigan.
Nice! I have a buddy that has an LJ.

Yeah Jeeps hold their value really well. All my Jeeps I've owned I drove them till they literally rusted away. Michigan is pretty hard on them. My last YJ the frame was getting in pretty rough shape when I was done with it. About 6 years. Towards the end I had to keep patching the frame and eventually I deemed it unsafe and sold it as a parts Jeep. The 4.0 and the 5spd still worked great.

I still look for CJs or YJs for sale. It's crazy how much people ask for them these days.

Re: mahindra roxor

It will be interesting to see if these things sell in the US. I'm on the fence about them, what good is a rig you can't drive on the street? If you had a lot of property, would you buy one of these over a side by side?
I was in Montana a few years back and had a guy on an ATV pull up next to me at a traffic light! So in some states, you probably can drive them on the road legally...
Will someone figure out a loophole to make these street legal and offer a kit??

Only time will tell!
