This truck was originally posted here on page 4 of this forum. I THINK I found my Dads truck, I could not find a VIN number so locating it that way is not going to happen so I have been combing facebook pages for a couple years and found this: DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO OWNS THIS TRUCK? (Teal one) I know it was taken at Brothers truck parts but they claim its a customer truck and have no clue who it is, SO probably someone in Southern California? My Dads truck was a 1962 Short box fleetside factory 4x4 V6 with PTO and Im thinking i have never seen another one and My Dad lived in Oregon so MAYBE this is it??? I would like to buy it IF we can find the owner....

Welcome to the forum

I don't know who this question is directed towards. If you have a stock '66 K series truck and it is not high enough for you, you will have to change all of the spring hangers and purchase new aftermarket springs in the lift height that you want. There are no aftermarket springs that will work with the stock spring hangers. If you want to go that route, I would suggest checking out.

Any spring shop can make them. If you have a 2 wheel drive fabtech has lifted spindles.

Here's my latest pile. 64 GMC on what I think is a 78 frame. Full roller 383 10.5:1 compression (estimated 475hp), TH400, NP203, Dana 44 (getting swapped to a 60) front and 14 bolt rear.
