68 4x4 Front Axle Junk or Not?

I have the factory original dana 44 drum brake closed knuckle front axle that came out of my 68 1/2 ton. I need to clean up my shop. Is this axle or any parts off it worth anything or should I just scrap it?

If the brake drums, backing plates and hardware are good you might hang on to them...theses parts are hard to
find new and the purists that want to keep there truck stock could benefit from them.
There may be someone out there that would want the whole axle....not thats its a bad axle its just that the open knuckle disc brake version of the same axle work so much better!

Thanks for the reply. I would hang on to the whole axle, but I need to clean up. I guess I can pull those parts off.

If it has 4.56 or 4.10 gears in it, I'd possibly be interested in the gears/carrier. Thanks.

Dang, you're in driving distance. I needed a steering knuckle just a few weeks ago, but swapped to a newer 10 bolt. I'd say don't scrap it.

D-44 carrier is the same old or new, they are all 30 spline. I got 45 bucks out of one a long time ago.
