NP203 to NP205 swap

i'd like to do this swap in my '79 K20. what is required to do this swap? i've heard driveshafts from the donor truck. how about differential yokes? crossmembers?

I may be doing this soon too, the stuff I have heard is:

Front driveshaft shorter, rear shaft longer. it's about $100 to have them modified, or use the ones from the other truck.

I think you have to enlarge one whole in the crossmember, but the rest is the same

Tranny to t-case adapter. the th350- to 205, and the th400 to 205 adapters are like solid gold, and that is the reason why more people don't do the swap.
