K10 motor mount question
Merry Christmas!
Quick question, what do the correct small block motor mounts for a 1972 4x4 look like? Are they the same as the C10? When I got my truck it didn’t have the engine installed and most google searches are a bunch of different types of motor mount setups. The pic attached is what my crossmember looks like, which looks different than the C10 crossmember. - Anthony |

Re: K10 motor mount question
Same mounts go on the motor for the C and K trucks

Re: K10 motor mount question
There are some subtle differences in the mounts available. This spring I put new Napa mounts under my new engine and about 3000 miles later I had pulled the drivers side mount in two. I got a different set and it has some built in limiters to help prevent separation. For more information on how I modified the mount to make it easier to attract with power steering. Post 412.
