Valvoline VR 1 Deal

Yo!! Amazon has Valvoline 10w 30W for 22.67 for 6 quarts. Don't want to start a oil thread but this is the good stuff w/high ZDDP. No detergent, I change my oil every 1500 to 2000 miles. Costs almost 10.00 pre qt. @ the local parts store if they have it. And it's free shipping and you don't need Prime.
Just bought 4

I run any good brand (usually Mobil) and just add a bottle of zddp. Why the 1.5k oil changes? That seems a little OCD.

I run dirt roads mostly probably only put on 4K to 5K a year. VR1 is a racing oil nondetergent. Got a lot of money in this truck and I like changing the oil.
And a set of tires only lasts me 10K. This is Alaska man !!
