A daunting task, rear cab support advice please.

After about two years of disassembly, and collecting parts,(due to budget restraints and slothfullness) I am finally working on my truck. Frame has been stripped and POR15ed, and now I am tackling typical repairs on the cab. The rear cab support is giving me fits. I've used the search box but seem to only get 70's models come up. Does anyone have this removal and replacement documented in their build that I could reference? Any & all advice or tips will be greatly appreciated.

Rear cab support brackets on the frame, or the patch panel pieces for the cab?

If you have that J hook mount that no body uses .They make new mounts that look like the front ones you have to drill out the pot ribbits out and or grind them off an attach the later modal design

Good info there and I believe I had seen that one, but I need to remove the whole bracket not just part like he did. I'm just apparently not getting to all the spot welds. I don't have the assembly manual on these trucks. It probably shows where the spot welds are. BTW I've read lots & lots of posts where you've helped folks out. It's much appreciated.

Thanks stsalvage, I was trying to describe the rear cab floor support brackets not the cab mounts. Just shows what a novice I am. Appreciate the willingness to help
