hood and grill match up question

My new toy is a 2002 chevy with a 2003 clip...the hood and grill are not matching up just right and is bugging the crap out of me ....any tips or things I should do? And the front bumper is tilted back and not looking right ...head lights are not in correct either .... New to body work

For the bumper: the change to 2003 was a tough one, because the fore/aft length of the ends of the bumper (in front of the front wheels) was increased, making it especially sensitive to fit (and in a crash event).

I'd add some washers/shims under the bumper bolts to try to kick that tail so that it becomes horizontal.

Yeah ...after looking more into it ...looks like a hatchet on the mounts far as them welding the news on and stuff might just take it off and start from fresh start ... Thank you for the advice on shims ...going to use washers to adjust what I need too...headlights aren't all straight might need New brakets or mounts ...just more money
