Last weekend was GREAT!!!....We reset the engine to TDC#1 restabbed the dizzy because it was 180 degrees out and she fired up and purred so nicely!!!....

and of course because we still need new rubber....I had to do this!!!

We installed the seat and seat belts....these are temporary till I can afford new interior....in the meantime, I need opinions for tires....should I go black wall or white lettered tires??....I have corvette rally's...15x8 for the fronts and 15x10's for the rear....let me know what you think!!! see pictures below (By the way, look at my cheesy grin....I'm a proud papa!!!)

I had to check out your build thread to look for the column pics. It looks sweet! And the dark pic that is looking head on with your arm out the window, giving the peace sign, I LOL'd at that. Reminded me of my kid doing that to me on his new ATV.

I was wondering about this pic, did you have some clearance issues? Take metal out, or add metal in? Both of my doors fit tight in the upper rear corners, and I've thought about tweaking those a little.

thanks for looking!!!....Yeah...I was soooooo excited to finally run her down the road and back.....If I could I would of stuck my head out the window too!!!

....The body shop actually had to trim the doors because of a clearance issue....that's reprop doors for ya!!!...I believe they removed metal for better fitament along the front....only thing is that the vent windows didn't quite fit too good after that....i think I got 2 of the 3 screws in...may have to re-drill the third one in the door!!!!!

Thanks for the compliments!!!....This project took just about 2.5 years!....Not sure if you read through my build, but I lost about 8 months to a shady body shop!!!...But it all worked out and it's sitting in my garage now....just drove it home from my brother shop (about an hour away) this past weekend!!!....woooohooooo....Thanks again!
