Seats?

Are there any newer seats that bolt into the factory holes on a 66?

Re: Seats?

I dont think there is anything that is a DIRECT bolt in.....but new holes or old brackets on a newer seat is always an option.

Re: Seats?

Yes thats what i did with my 85 used the factory slider and bolted 91 blazer buckets and console to it. I thought someone said that a 97 seat matched up and bolted right in. I thought it was to good to be true.

Re: Seats?

Most of the newer trucks kinda bolt in. I have a seat out of an 88 or 89 and the front holes line up but the rear holes need to be drilled. Other then that it is pretty easy.

Re: Seats?

I had a 96? 60/40 bench in mine originally and the front lined but the back had to be drilled to fit up as well. (not counting the extra mounts in the middle for the 60/40 split)
