Cool static dropped square bodies with 15s

Alright fellows I know some of you guys out there have 15s on your squares. I'm trying to see how your trucks look lowered on 15s. Would like to see some 2.5/5 drops and some 5.5/5 drops on factory height with 15s, to see how low I can take mine without cutting out the fender wells. Lets see those pics and what setup you have, also tires sizes, thanks.

Re: static dropped square bodies with 15s

Here's a pic of my '79 GMC... Front-end dropped with spindles and 1 full coil cut from springs, and rear axle flipped.
Factory rallys - 15x8's up front and 15x10's out back.
This is about as low as I can drop it right now...the headers hang way close to the ground.

Here is my 87 R10 on a 5/6 drop (All Western Chassis Parts).

Font: 2.5 spindle and 2.5 springs
Rear: Flip kit / Shackles (Only using 1" of shackle drop).

Rims are 15/8 on 235/75r/15 tires - No rubbing issues whatsoever - rides great.

I've cut 1 full coil from each of the front two coils springs in addition to the dropped spindles I have installed. Yes, I do still have the inner fenders and yes the tops of the tires do rub very lightly when i encounter an unexpected dip in the road. I haven't shaved off any of the factory bumpstops and the arms ride just slightly above them. Just enough for a "decent" ride... for a budget dropped lowered truck anyway.

Thanks for.the info. I love where you took your profile pic, in old town Gainesville with the brick road. I did alot of running there when I was younger. I lived close to there.

Re: static dropped square bodies with 15s

My '73..."Frankenstein". Coils have been cut in the front sometime in the past, it rides just above the uncut bumpstops, but still a decent ride. The rear is just flipped.

Cory, thats a really nice picture.
