92 - 96 door handle swap
OK I have a stupid question but I have actually not done this Hopefully someone has....
Have a 92 door... with the little skinny interior handle... I need to replace door due to poor body work and I have a found a same color 96 with the newer style interior handle and panel.. I want to keep my stuff, panel and such..... will just the handle swap out and all the mounts work on the 96 door for my 92 panels? or will the inside panel that holds all the motors etc, unscrew and and line up on the newer door? TIA Steve |

Re: 92 - 96 door handle swap
You will need to swap the inside metal panel to reuse your 92 door panel and handles.
Fyi, the outside door handle on the 92 is smooth, and the outside door handle on the 96 is textured. |
