Found some SEMA 2019. Talked to owner and he built the truck and bed.

I bet it would look really good sitting normal, or at least so it looks like it could be driven.

I think I remember seeing that on several social media posts, believe that it was called Night Train or something along those lines.

Yep The Truck build was named Night Train and the Instagram account of the owner is CTPConcepts. Definitely worth checking out even if you don't have an IG account to see their posts.

I was able to find one video of this truck going up from slammed to ride height. It looks to rise up about 4" and that's it. It has a very low ride height that I would never be comfortable with driving down the road.

Too bad. Not everything looks better lowered. Some look best at their proper ride height. It's a stronger tougher look, like a truck
