Re: How bout some pictures of '73-'87 regular cab dually

Some pics I got at pepboys yesterday. 1976 original paint and interior MINT, had a camper shell on since it was new. The lady bought it from her parents, her parents thought the truck was worthless because of its age. Pretty sweet rig. Has a 454 on propane.

Im currently building a small block 350 with vortec heads and a comp cam. I have a NV4500 5spd to back it up. Plans are to bag it and leave the patina. Kinda like this.

for some reason that rusty look with the green and B.F.R. really sings to me. Any chance you could post up some interior shots too?

The interior is totally gutted at the moment. Im currently gathering parts for a stock refinish in saddle brown.

What happened with Western Chassis? What drop/kit did you go with?

It's to bad the hood is kinked on this but I really dig this look. I personally wouldn't drop it that much but it's not mine.

Here's mine the way I got it (with 3 different tire sizes, leaking from every possible place, and many issues), and where she has come in just a few short weeks. No more leaks, runs like a dream, matching tires, and enjoyable to drive.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
