Is entire metal dash frame removable on 1967-72 Chevy C10
Can the entire metal dash frame be removed on a 1968 Chevy c10 shortbed? I am planning a extensive restoration and was just wondering if the whole unit can be removed or is just the gauge panel and other accessories can only be removed.

Not to hard few bolts and the pinch welds at the cowel/ windshield.

There's 2 bolts on each side, that's easy. The front is spot welded to the windshield mount surface...windshield has to come out...not so easy...
Just trying to be specific about what Mark stated... |

Hmmm...I wasnt wanting to cut the dash frame out. I thought it might just be bolted in. But its good to know what it takes.
