A tired warrior of the 1980s in a world of low profile tires, front wheel drive, and plastic bumpers, where people stay in their houses until snowplows move the offending substance from their paths, too helpless to travel without AAA and chains and salt, clearing their windows with longhandled brushes while gently stepping around in the snow trying to stay nice and dry.

Make sure to extend the hoses on the differential breather vents. Make sure it comes with good set of poly bushings for the springs. Also, at that height if you plan on any real off road work, I'd look into beefin up the frame around the steering box and swapping to a crossover steering set up.

A 6 inch or more lift may require making the driveshafts longer

6" is right on the border of the stock shafts still working. Any taller will require new shafts.

My old '81 with 6" lift needed to get the drive shafts extended! I have heard that ruffcountry rides like its names states but I have never had one of there lifts in my truck. I wouldn't worry about crossover steering unless you really want it mine wasn't to bad.
