96 k1500 runs bad

Hey all. Was driving my 96 k1500 350, it started missing and running horrible. Replaced cap and rotor, ran fine for a week then started doing the same. Plugs, wires, and timing chain and gears( was def. needed) fuel pressure at 54psi and holds KOEO. Compression is fine. Only code is P0300 random misfire. plugs #1 and #8 turning black. Thanks for any help.

Thanks guys. Any way of knowing for sure once I get the plenum off? Can I hook the fuel lines back up and roll the key on and see gas come past the poppets or maybe a cracked tube?
