Classic Industries Glass Quality

Anybody have any experience with Classic Industries glass? Their low prices make me wonder...

66. All the glass w/small back window.

I saw that another member used Auto City Classic, Inc glass. Their kits include the vent window chrome frames and the side glass lower channel. Under $600 not including shipping.

That may be a good price but I would check with local company Safelite might have better price and glass might be made here or in Mexico either one would be better than China. If your chrome and bottom channel are good use them you know they fit. Possibly a local company can get glass of right thickness Chinese glass will be thinner than what you have. Is all your glass broken or scratched?

Called a local glass shop, still waiting on a reply.

Yeah my glass isn't up to standard compared to the rest of the truck. I was gonna need new vent window frames anyway so I like the idea of that being part of the package.

Re: Classic Industries Glass Quality

I replaced the glass in my 65 with Soft Ray bought it from LMC trucks no idea where they get their glass was not worried about date codes bought it from them because orders of $1000 or more free shipping which made them the least expensive had an issue with the wind wings because the installation tape that I had used on a 64 with original glass was too thick turns out all the glasses From LMC trucks was 10,000 thicker than the original and had to use a thinner tape
