shifter pin pops out

I have a 79 c10 with automatic column shift. The pin for the shift arm keeps backing out. Any thoughts?

Re: shifter pin pops out

If the pin is worn you should be able to buy a replacement. If the hole in the column is worn, you either have to replace the column shift bowl, or you could try something like JJH Jimmy's fix. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php?p=6198792
