Anyone running 18" Wheels?

I have been searching the forum but couldn't find much for 73-87's running 18" wheels. I found a lot of 67-72 threads with them but not much for our trucks.

I'd like to see some 18" wheels on our trucks, if anyone is running them please post some pictures and also the tire size your using.

I was going to go with the 20s that everyone is doing here, but not sure I want to go that big.

Re: Anyone running 18" Wheels?

I had originally planned on going 20" on my 86', but after seeing a few 18" wheels posted around here, I changed my mind and think I'm going to go 18.

Ridler 645 in Chrome 18x8 up front & 18x9.5 in the rear.
Tires are Pirelli's 265/65/18 all around. They are an All Season tire, Scorpion Verde.
The truck had 20's on it, from the previous owner. I always thought they were too big of wheel no not enough tire. I am SO happy about the change to 18's. It rides so much nicer!!

Thanks Bubba. It's a rusty truck that pictures well.

LT275/70r18. This size has gotten outrageously expensive. I'll probably go with a smaller size next time I need tires.
