Radio Antenna / fill / block off plate

Hey Guys...

On trucks with the factory radio delete, was the cowl corner just not drilled for an antenna, or were they equipped with some kind of block off / cap?

almost all of the cowl filler panels I have seen have the antenna hole, but I also see a lot of radio block off plates for sale as well

Thanks,
Keith

Yep the cowel corner was not drilled. I've managed to score a couple of them for my own trucks. For a buddies truck though I used one of the "knockouts" from an electrical J-box as a filler plug and welded it in, smoothed it out, then skimed with bondo. Came out pretty well.

My truck didn't come with a radio. It also only has one side of the fuse connector in the fuse box.
