1986 GMC K1500 Suburban

Will the oil pan drop off the engine in frame when I undo it. I bought 1 pc felpro oil pan gasket, and I would consider an oil pump at this point in time.
Engine 350/290, 113 Alum heads,Comp XE 256, Crower camsaver lifters, Weiand 8000 intake, Holley 80555-1 carb, Thorley tri-y headers, MSD 6A box and DUI crossfire cap coil and rotor.
