Like the title says, I’m hunting the rubber boot/elbow that goes from my original equipment air cleaner assembly to the hole in the core support. It’s for my ‘87 TBI truck.

I’ve added a picture for reference.

Have any luck!? I seen one i think on FB Marketplace but it was sort-of rough shape.

About how big is this? 4" ?....square end flexable?.....about 10" -12" long....I can post a photo if that seems about right....Ed.

Hey guys, I have one coming. We’ll see if it’s what I’m hunting. Turns out that it’s 87 truck/suburban & 88 suburban specific. So, I am hoping this one I found is in good shape. I’ll know in a few days when it makes it from California.

If it doesn't work out I did find one that I know is correct,as it is off a 87' TBI truck

Well, I’m still hunting. This one I got is to short. It won’t hook to the air cleaner and the air intake piece in the core support.

What I’m looking at when hooked to either end

what s the part number on the tube you have now I have one off a 88 k5 part number 155388408

In your pic the oval opening of the tube looks to be larger than the opening of the air cleaner snorkel.Do they fit snugly together?I have 2 complete set ups from 87' 88' K-5 Blazer

Yes, it fits both ends, just not at the same time

the one I have is 30 inches long and the opening is 5 1/2 where it goes to air cleaner if it will work you can have it for the shipping cost

BD, I got the part tonight. It looks to be right, but I’ll be honest, it was a long day and I just didn’t get to it tonight. I’ll, hopefully, have time to work on it tomorrow night thanks again Man!!!
