Pictures needed

I've been slowly working on my 1956 3600 pickup for a while and am in need of some good reference photos of stock form 235 6's. Mainly looking for original air cleaners, oil filter mounts and lines, throttle spring locations, etc. My 235 is not original to the truck, its a 1954 engine with a Fram oil filter mounted to the intake with some baling wire. Needing some pictures to verify correct stock brackets, accessory mounting, air cleaner, etc.
Thanks!

Re: Pictures needed

maybe browse through here and see if you find what you're looking for. should show all that stuff in detail. check section 6 for engine stuff. it is the factory assembly manual.

Re: Pictures needed

Google search for the exact year you are looking to do is your friend after you look though hundreds of oversize wheeled candy painted rides you will actually find some stock units. Click on the most stock looking ones and go from there.

Re: Pictures needed

Check out the Stovebolt forum too - there may be some information there as well. My '57 had all this stuff originally but it's long gone and I don't have any pictures. You may also want to consider factory assembly and repair manuals.
