66 C10 Driver side door window

Help....I removed the window on my 66 and replaced the rollers on the window relay. My window is now sitting at the bottom of the door and I have new whiskers ready to install and the vent window is also out. Not sure what I need to do next.
Do I have to remove the door latch? Do I replace the whiskers last or now?
It seems like the window on the passenger side is too high to change whiskers with the window in place. Step by step would help at this point

Put in the whiskers stand vent assembly in door but turn sideways install glass on regulator leave at bottom then stringent assembly raise it into Placentia h screws and nut at bottom roll glass up adjust as needed. Not sure but there could be Utube video on this
