Power Steering Fitting Question...

Did a search, nothing conclusive.

Has anyone had luck converting high pressure side of 80's model steering box fittings to -AN? Want to lose the factory hose/hard line and go straight to -6AN to 18MM o-ring. See link below for fitting. Pretty sure it will work, was just wondering if any of the membership had already done this?

I always use -6 line and used a fitting like that. Double check that the two ports are same size on the box. Use the high type Teflon lined -6 line on the pressure side.

Good news, pressure side is 18mm, return side is 16mm. I have alocal shop that can make a pressure line for me....
