Static Drop '60 GMC

Hey Guys,

I'm fairly new to this forum and looking for some input and ideas for my current build I am starting...

I have a 1960 GMC short box step side. My plan is to do a 350/700r4 swap just to have as a driver to go back and forth to work and the odd cruise night. I'm planning to leave the body "as is" with the Patina and just focus on having a nice cruiser.

My main question is, What will be the easiest and cheapest was to lower the truck? I'd like to get it lowered for this year as cheap as possible just to decide what height I like it so I can then spend the money and do it properly next winter once a height is determined and decided on.

Thanks for the input!

Jordan
