Looks like it was trying to evade the highway patrol, and they stopped it using spike strips
 Who ever looks at this, I bet would get it for next to nothing. Looks like a solid body.

WHY CAN THINGS LIKE THIS NEVER COME UP FOR SALE AROUND WHERE I LIVE?! It drives me crazy. But somebody got a good solid project. Maybe they'll end up on here.
