I have a notion that Brothers probably gets theirs from No Limit. No limit spent a lot of effort making theirs work and have the guys who can answer questions when you call too.

Does anyone know how much different the 58-59 hoods are? Just wondered if one of the 55-57 kits could be modified to work?

The 5-7 Hoods are the same as the 8-9 Hoods there should'nt be any differnce but I'm only speaking like this because of the hood size.

That is what I thought, you can interchange the complete clip with a little modification, but pieces will not interchange. I spent the weekend making sure some GMC pieces I got (radiator support) would work with my Chevy fenders, etc.

I noticed last night that Performance On Line has a reverse hood kit advertised for 55-59 applications.

Buick used a forward tilt hood in the 80's. These can be used if you have the fab skill's.

I have checked out a few Buick reverse hoods for possible donors. I am just not sure if the "Effect" is worth the expense of a kit or the labor of fabbing it up.
