Re: Cheap parts on Craigslist

Too bad no title. He has to part it out before scrap. Cut it up after. Sad. Would be a great or start for someone if they could find he old owner and get them to sign a title for a few bucks.

Re: Cheap parts on Craigslist

I agree but unfortunately there really isn't a good way to take ownership of a vehicle out here in Oregon without the title. I hope someone on here gets some parts they need.

Re: Cheap parts on Craigslist

No states around you do title searches and issue a new one? most of the ones I've lived it don't even require a title and just do a vin check to make sure its not stolen. Theres got to be a way around it no?

Re: Cheap parts on Craigslist

I haven't looked into other states laws about re-titling a vehicle. I'm guessing either way I would have to have someone who lives in that state "buy" the vehicle then sell it back to me.

Re: Cheap parts on Craigslist

Hello does anyone know who bought the blazer on Portland craigslist, the one that was for 300. I am looking for set of original bucket seat if they want to sell them. Any condition as long as they are not totally rust away. Thanks
