Got my first Blazer

I always liked 2wd Blazers, couldn't resist checking this CList one out, and decided to get it, pretty rusty but all parts available, just what I need, another future project, have a few lined up ahead of it. 72 CST AC has a late 80s 350 with it, the top is in pieces, I think some are missing, maybe go with a soft top.

Re: Got my first Blazer

Thought about selling my 68 shortfleet, but changed my mind, helped that someone flagged my CL ad. More pics of 72, is there a way to duplicate the wood grain on the door panels?

Re: Got my first Blazer

I was wondering if you grabbed that one. The frame, VIN plate and title alone were worth the asking price.

Congrats on the purchase of the blazer, looks rough but we all know what can come of rough. I've parted out my truck to do my build of my blazer.
I like your signature also.lol
Best of look with the build..

Congrats, you have yourself a project. At least the motor has already been pulled for you

Re: Got my first Blazer

Thanks guys, I wish the original engine was still in it, but makes it easier to modify that way. Does the console look original?

I'm not far north up the road next to Milton Dodge, drove through their lot the other day to check out a convertible Crossfire, I just got a coupe and love it.

I'm thinking my 68 is worth more together running than rusty parts and pieces LOL. What part of my sig do you like, or all of it? Does it snow in SC? I guess if it does in Atlanta it probably does in SC, but with global warming melting all the glaciers we won't have to worry about snow in the US much longer. J/K

Engine is a later 80s, not sure if useable with being open to rain and no cover.
