need a lil bit of help from you guys

so im working on a 58 fleetside long bed, ill be doing a mustang 2 in the next couple of weeks (cpp ifs kit)
my truck currently had mono springs up front and multi lowered springs on back 5'' drop plus 2'' shackles on rear =7'' drop.
rear:
i want about 2-3'' lower on rear
what do u guys recommend?
remove 1-2 leafs?
flip axel and flip shackles to even out?
im already Cnotched so not worried about hitting frame
i dont want to go with air bags but i want to ride around with rear bumper about 3'' away from ground

FRONT:
im going with mustang2 ifs from cpp e5559m2ifs-k
i want the rear a lil lower from the front or truck even... i dont want it lower from the front like a muscle car...
question is, should i go with lowered spindles?
anyone have any pics of trucks with this kit?
what ls headers can i go with on this application? anyone know?

truck is getting a ls swap in the next couple of weeks, so right now im focused on getting a gas tank for the rear and trying to order 20'' detroit steel wheel steelies (6 lug) for my truck, anyone have a similar set up that would give me all the wheel combo info they got? back space? offset? width? tire size? thanks in advance

the picture at gas station looks to be lower bcus i had my ls motor and trans so weight making it look lower than what is really is... i would love for it to look like that if not maybe 1-2'' lower from rear and another inch in the front
