Re: Post your C/L finds for everyone to enjoy!

that GMC COE is a great deal, a running 270 is over $1000 just about anywhere, and that moustache hood cant be easy to find. figure he will take 3, sell the motor, scrap the frame and you have a rare GMC COE body in decent shape for $1500. Or I guess drive it as is. :P haha, if you arent into the lowered COE thing.

Re: Post your C/L finds for everyone to enjoy!

Add on CL
Not sure if it is as rare as he thinks, he only wants 55,000.

"by the way i know the pics are terrible BUT i wanted to point out the hood is not closed all the way and it does in fact line up right when it is...
also I have a woodstove in the back that i have been unable to unload as yet so the back is covered with a tarp.
this is fully loaded, big window, chrome package, napco...every option available at the time.
it is my understanding this is the rarest truck gm ever made,
they only made 120 of these 60 years ago and MOST were not big window, chrome package, OR napco...it really gets no more collectable than this.
not a chevy or even a gmc blue chip.
this is the loaded farm truck with original napco 4X4!!!
serious collectors email or call for more details.
not for people who want a 56 chevy they are not rare or special this is for someone who knows what it is and is interested in owning a truck that was rare top end 60 years ago when it was new"

Re: Post your C/L finds for everyone to enjoy!

He keeps referring to it as a "Farm Truck". Was there a GMC model with that designation?
