Re: Killer

Well I reluctantly used the CPP drop spindles & put my front back together today

Then when I went to put my brake lines on they wouldn't fit the calipers I am using, so I went to Oreilleys & bought some new ones for the year calipers
I get them & they dont fit, the banjo fitting is TOO thick

Re: Killer

it's coming together, gonna be sweet. I never ordered suspension stuff from CPP but did order my big brake kit from them. It was Baer's parts and it took forever to get there. I did a roadie to Anaheim to save big bucks on shipping so I got to see their place. It was nice, organized and all. When I got around to putting the brakes on tho guess what....I had two of the same side...lol fortunately for me I only live about 25 miles or so from Baer so they hooked me up with the correct parts. I guess in everything a little rain must fall...keep on keepin on, your truck will be awesome.

Re: Killer

Just a thought, but id go back on the inside and outside of your Z now and put a piece of 3/16" plate on it, and give it a 100% weldout, this will make it super strong, If that weld fails, man it will be a bad day for you.

The truck is looking good though, even though you have a had some minor issues, there always are some when doing a build, just have to keep your head down and work through em. I think it is going to be nice when done.
