Custom valve covers
A few coats of Chevy engine red, masked for pinstriping and then a couple coats of black. Scuffed and ready for clearcoat. I used VHT high heat primer and Dupli-Color engine enamel.

those came out great! That was very creative of you. You just inspired me to do a set for a GMC, since the great original GM truck is so overlooked by the aftermarket

I have discovered the merits of 3M 218 fine line tape for paint masking. Use it if you can :-) You can find it here on Amazon  Scotch Fine Line Tape 218 Green (Pack of 1):...
