Steel floor conversion question.

Hey Guys,
I am cutting down a LWB steel floor to fit a SWB does anyone know the exact dimension of the floor needs to be? I ordered new besides because my old are shot and don’t have them to reference, but I would like to keep moving.

Does anyone know the exact dimension to shorten the LWB steel floor to fit SWB?
Thanks,

Re: Steel floor conversion question.

Tons of threads on this. I have done the same except also shortened the bedsides. 12" in front of the wheel wells and 8" come out behind the wheel wells.

Do you know of any threads i can take a look at? I have searched and found no exact measurements. I will just be doing the bed floor also. I have cut the bed 12" and 8" in the back and have the bed tacked. I just want to make sure before I weld it solid, my bedsides show up and I am short or long. I think I did a pretty good job cutting, but I know the cut is not perfect?

Thanks,
