Question 59 Apache drop

I'm having the No Limit wide ride IFS installed on my 59 Apache, they say it'll drop the truck 4-5". I'm trying to figure out what tire size I'll need once that is done.
I'm assuming they mean it'll drop it 4-5" from stock height, the previous owner put on some tires that I'm sure are too big (in diameter) for stock, so I need to know what was the original tire size (diameter) so I can match this with a new rim and tire to actually get this 4-5" drop.
For example, it currently has tires that are almost 29" in diameter (on 15" rims...yes, it looks bad), which I'm sure has actually raised the truck, so even with the IFS and it's 4-5" drop, I'm actually only acomplishing a 2-3" drop if I keep this same tire size.
Thanks,
Randy

I'd assume that the 4-5" drop they spec is the suspension drop, not the overall drop of the truck. In other words, the new spindle location will be 4-5" higher than stock. I doubt the 4-5" number takes in to account a tire size. Are you wanting exactly a 4-5" drop? Are you going to use stock size rims and tires? I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.

59 Apache drop

What I'm wondering is what wheel and tire size would be recomended after installing this kit...I'm thinking of 215/60/r16's on 16x7's in the front and 225/60/r16's on 16x8's in the rear, I think this will look good, but I'm looking for advice from anyone else...the wheels and tires that are on it now look way to big...255/70/R15 on the front and 275/60/R15's on the rear.
Thanks,
Randy
