headers

Sanderson makes a set of tight tuck headers for our trucks. I have them on my 72 gmc. They are one of the best investments I have made. The flanges at the block are thick so the headers actually seal up and stay sealed. If you are lowering your truck any amount, I recommend this style header vs a full race set. I had full length headers, and I constantly dragged them.

Some full length headers won't hit. My truck has marsh mellows for front strings, but my collectors have no scratches on them

Seeing as my A-arms have scuff marks on the bottom...I don't wanna run the risk of denting a header, so I'll definitely go with a shorty-style header...

How much did the Sandersons cost?

header #

Sorry for the delay. I thought I had removed this thread. Here is the part # for those sanderson headers, cc3. check out this link for the pictures.

They are one of the best investments I made. I do not drag the headers anymore, just the crossmembers.
