1952 3/4 ton pickup 8 lug to 5 lug conversion

I am looking for some information on how to convert my front 8 lug hubs to 5 lug hubs.

I just picked up a S10 4x4 rear end that's 5 lug that includes disc brakes, but need to figure out a solution for the front end so I have all wheels the same.

Thanks for your input.

Get a disk brake upgrade for the front and get the 5 lug rotors.

Here is an example. There are many out there.

I think this set up only works with the 1/2 ton trucks(6 lug).
The 3/4 ton spindle is larger than the 1/2 ton.
