weatherstrip adhesive remover

Hey Guys,

I am in california so I have no access to the weatherstrip adhesive remover that worked so well. Any ideas ? Have you used anything else? Paint is good so no grinding or sanding LOL.

Re: weatherstrip adhesive remover

Try a slow drying enamel reducer or a pre sanding cleaner. Surely you can find either of these in Cal. as body shops use these products.

Re: weatherstrip adhesive remover

For years I had used the 3M adhesive remover until I had one of our work trucks wrapped. He used denatured alcohol. Works better & a fraction of the cost.

Mineral spirits (Or at least the ca blend) does not work. I will try the other items listed above ! Thanks!
