How to haul SWB stepside bed?

Hey guys, I found a 68 SWB stepside bed, but I need to figure out a way to haul it.

Has anyone had any success with anything from U-Haul? I have a Cadillac, so no towing anything unless I get a hold of a buddy of mine.

I could rent a truck and trailer, but that'd be way more $$$

If you are going to rent anything, what about a pickup from Uhaul or some other rental company? Then you can just get some 2x8's and lay them perpendicular across the bedrails. then just flip the bed upside down and strap her down.

Why not go to Home Depot or Lowes and rent one of their trucks ,around here its $19 per hour I think and they dont care what you haul.
