2000 o2 sensor?

Hey guys i just picked up a 2000 silverado ext cab with 75k on it. Nothing wrong with it besides a few little things. No mechanical issues that i knew of. No lights on the dash. Love the truck. Got it home cleaned it up a little and hooked my code reader up to it just to make sure everything checked out. To my surprise there was code p0157 which is low voltage to the o2 sensor. It did not turn the check engine light on and the code wasnt cleared by someone else. Will my truck still pass inspection? Thanks
