1987 R10 - no tail lights - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hello all,
My 1987 R10 short box has no tail lights (when the head lights/marker lights are on).
Brake lights work, t/s work, dome/courtesy lights work, front markers work, hazards work. No separate tail light fuse that I can see.

Ideas?

I did some googling. Either both bulbs simultaneously out, brown wire at HLAMP switch, or ground behind LH tail lamp.

Any other ideas?

I had to add a ground. Problem solved.

FOUND IT.

Trailer wiring plug hacked and brown wire broke.
