Bench seat question

Are the seat mounts the same between 65 and 86? Or is anyone sure how much modification would need to be done to a 65 seat to fit in an 86?

Re: Bench seat question

Seat mounts are definitely not the saem. The 73-87 floors ar not flat. Now, whether you can adapt factory 606-66 seat brackets to the 86 seat I do not know. I have seen it done, just don't know how. As mentioned the FAQ section may have some bits of info.

Re: Bench seat question

Per the FAQ, in reference to listing seats that fit in 60-66 trucks.

I assumed they wouldn't because of the differences in floors.
