seal between master cyl / vacuum booster

is there a seal between master cyl / vacuum booster? ive got a delco booster and i bought a new master cylinder. seems like theres supposed
to be a rubber seal that slips on the back of the mc but all that came
with it was the big cup seal than goes in the firewall for manual brakes. its been a while since i changed one...am i missing something? thx bill

Re: seal between master cyl / vacuum booster

Not from my experience. The vacuum booster has its own internal seal and the rod just pushes the master cylinder.
