2 inch Tuff Country help

Hello. I installed a 2inch Tuff Country HD on my k20 with a big block. It looks like at the moment it has netted me 4 3/4 worth of lift. I was measuring from hub center to bottom of fender 22 inches before the lift. Now its 26 3/4. This is with all the weight on the leafs overnight and bolts loose. Im hoping it will settle, but I doubt it will settle to 25. I know I can remove the bottom leaf making it an ez ride. If your running either the ez ride or hd will you please take a measurement and note which system you have and if you have a big block or winch bumper in the front. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tony
