"Rosies Diner" LED car wall poster... Voltage ?

Hey all ... I have one of those "Rosies Diner" signs, with the flashing LEDS, and also tail light LEDS.

Anyway, I have misplaced the power supply ....

So I went to Radio Shack and picked up a 9volt, 800 MA pak.

It works, however the LEDS seem dim...

Just wondering if anyone has one, and can read me the output on their power supply...Just to make sure I have the correct one.

Wife says its the same..

Thanks !!

Anyone ?

They have various supplys at RS. They have a 9v 1200 MA, then it moves up to 12v with different increments of MA..

Just dont want to burn out the sign !!

Nothing on the back of the sign? There should be some nomenclature near the input but out of curiosity I did google it and volts lean more towards 12.

We have that picture and the "Steak and Shake" picture on our walls. After a 15 minute search, my wife found the power supply. Here are the specs:

"Power Supply For Mini Light or LED Displays"
Model LED-50
Input: 120VAC 60Hz 9W
Output: 12VDC 500mA

Dude, that is awesome, thanks so much !!!

Give your wife a big hug, and tell thanks !!

I was leaning more towards 12volts, but the RS guy said start low... you can always return the in correct power supply.

Did this power cord work for you? I have one as well and have lost my cord. I realize that this post is very old but I just thought I would try.
