'49 Door Hinge Help

Help! I took apart my door hinges, and I don't remember how they go together.
Can anyone help me identify which door sides go with which pillar sides?

See pics below. I labeled the pillar sides, where they go on the truck. And I can tell upper vs. lower by the spring holes. But I don't know right from left (driver from passenger) and/or which side is up.

Re: '49 Door Hinge Help

Ok, I found this picture online. It appears that in both upper and lower, the "slant" of the door-side is toward the 2-holes of the cab-side of the hinge.

Can anyone confirm?

Re: '49 Door Hinge Help

The ones with the slots are the uppers. Once you get those loosely mounted the left and right of the lowers will be obvious with the combination of the bolt pattern and contour of the door
