Oil Pan

I have a 1969 K25 with a dana 44 front end. The engine I would like to put in it is a 350 and has a kickout moroso oil pan. So my question is will this pan clear the driveshaft and front end or should I swap oil pans?

Re: Oil Pan

Yes it will fit ..I have one in my 72...doing the oil change can be fun...grab some cardboard as the drain plug is right inline with the drive shaft...at least with the lift I have...or oil will hit the driveshaft and go everywhere.....installing the motor can be tricky...its tight but it can be done.

Re: Oil Pan

I thought that would be the case with the driveshaft.(rust preventive) Mine will also have 2 inches of lift. How is the clearance to the engine crossmember.
